1∶2000到1∶10000数字线划图缩编技术研究

摘要 以1∶2000数字线划图缩编1∶10000数字线划图为例,结合项目生产实际,制定了数字线划图缩编的技术路线,并针对生产流程中各环节的重点问题探索了相应的自动化处理方法。在数据预处理阶段建立了数据转换模型,可实现生产底图的自动匹配与转换;在生产阶段定制了基于通用性缩编要求的缩编规则库,构建了自动化缩编批处理场景,并针对居民地、交通、水系、植被等要素缩编的特殊处理要求,开发了相应的缩编工具作为有效补充。针对自动缩编导致的要素拓扑关系错误,以狭长地带归并为例,设计了相应的分割与合并算法,并基于ArcGIS搭建了数据批处理模型,实现了自动化处理。以流程化批处理辅以定制缩编工具结合人机交互的方式进行数字线划图缩编可大幅提高生产效率,保障数据质量,为数字线划图缩编相关工作提供参考。 Taking 1∶2000 to 1∶10000 digital line graphic(DLG)downsizing for example,combining with the actual production of project,we formulated the technology route of DLG downsizing,and explored the corresponding automatic processing methods for the key points in each link of the production process.In the data preprocessing stage,we established a data transformation model to realize the automatic matching and transformation of production base map.In the production stage,we customized a downsizing rule database based on universal downsizing requirements,constructed an automatic downsizing batch scenario,and developed corresponding downsizing tools as effective supplements for the special processing requirements of downsizing elements such as residential area,transportation,water system and vegetation.To solve the problem of topological relationship errors caused by automatic downsizing,taking the narrow strip merging for example,we designed the corresponding segmentation and merging algorithm,and built the data batch processing model based on ArcGIS to realize automatic processing.In this paper,the process of batch processing and customized downsizing tools combined with human-computer interaction can greatly improve production efficiency,ensure data quality,and provide reference for the future work of DLG downsizing.
