一种钛黄粉盐处理及煅烧工艺参数的研究

摘要 以盐酸法生产的专用二氧化钛(ZDT系列产品)为原料,通过试验摸索盐处理和煅烧参数,确定优化且经济的盐处理方案。结果显示,当ZnO的添加量为1.5%,Sb2O3的添加量为0.5%,按照升温曲线在最高温度650℃下煅烧60 min,可制得钛黄粉粗品。经研磨、气流粉碎和有机包膜后,得到了具有优异分散性和良好遮盖力的钛黄粉产品,其外观颜色能满足工业油漆和重防腐漆的客户的认可。 With specialized titanium dioxide(ZDT series products)produced by hydrochloric acid method as raw material,and salt treatment and calcination parameters were explored through experiments,and the optimized and most economical salt treatment formula was determined.The result showed that when the addition amount of ZnO is 1.5%,the addition amount of Sb2O3 is 0.5%,crude titanium yellow powder can be obtained after calcination at the maximum temperature of 650℃for 60 minutes according to the heating curve.After grinding,airflow crushing,and organic coating,titanium yellow powder products with excellent dispersibility and good covering power are obtained.The appearance color can also meet the requirement of industrial paint and heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint customers.
