摘要
推进高校劳动教育数字化建设是顺应“教育数字化”、助力发展新质生产力的必然选择,是满足个人对美好生活追求、实现人的全面发展的应然之举,也是变革劳动教育传统模式、提升教学质量的内在要求。新兴技术与高校劳动教育的融合存在“技术至上”歪曲劳动价值观“、离身模式”弱化劳动实践感、“虚拟在场”消减劳动情感交互、“规范失控”破坏劳动教育生态等可能风险。为适应时代之变、解决实际难题,必须采取坚持马克思主义劳动观,复归劳育育人本质;平衡虚实劳动课程设置,重视劳动教育实践性;加强劳动教育主体对话,加深劳动情感连结度;优化劳动教育生态环境,加强算法伦理监管等策略,以实现数字化赋能教育现代化,确保高校劳动教育数字化建设行稳致远。
Promoting the digital construction of labor education in universities is an inevitable choice to comply with the“digitalization of education”and develop new quality productive forces.It is a necessary move to meet the individuals’pursuit of a better life and achieve comprehensive human de⁃velopment.It is also an inherent requirement to change the traditional mode of labor education and im⁃prove the teaching quality.The integration of emerging technologies and labor education in universities may face potential risks such as“technology first”distorting labor values,“detached mode”weakening the sense of labor practice,“virtual presence”reducing labor emotional interaction and“out of control norms”damaging the labor education ecosystem.In order to adapt to the changes of the times and solve practical problems,it is necessary to adhere to the Marxist labor concept,return to the essence of labor education,balance the virtual and real labor curriculum,attach importance to the practicality of labor education,strengthen the dialogue between labor education subjects,deepen the emotional connection of labor,optimize the ecological environment of labor education and strengthen ethical supervision of al⁃gorithms in order to achieve the digital empowerment of education modernization and ensure the stable and far-reaching construction of digital labor education in universities.
