情景模拟教学在临床护生教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学在临床护生教学中的应用,并通过实证研究来探究其对于提高护生学习效果和实践能力的作用。方法选择2021年7月—2023年7月在某院进修实习的80名护生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组为40人,对照组采用传统的临床带教模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施情景模拟教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果情景模拟教学法优于传统教学法(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学能够有效提高临床护生的学习效率和实践能力及综合素质,但需要进一步完善和改进其实施机制。 Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation teaching in the teaching of clinical nursing students,and to explore its role in improving the learning effect and practical ability of nursing students through empirical research.Methods A total of 80 nursing students who were interned in a hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 students in each group.Results The scenario simulation method was better than the traditional teaching method(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching can effectively improve the learning efficiency,practical ability and comprehensive quality of clinical nursing students,but its implementation mechanism needs to be further improved and improved.
