摘要
以某汽车产业链整合企业作为研究对象,以约束理论(TOC)为基础,运用约束理论五步骤法对汽车产业链整合企业进行Witness仿真优化,明显提高了此汽车产业链整合企业的利润收入,达到增加企业价值的目标。
Taking an automotive supply chain integration enterprise as the research object,based on Theory of Constraints(TOC),Witness simulation optimization was carried out using the five-step method of TOC for the enterprise,which significantly improved its profit income and achieved the goal of increasing the value of the enterprise.
