摘要
本文以某河道治理工程EPC项目全生命周期工程造价管理为研究对象,运用AHP模型及蛛网模型对其进行了评价。通过对EPC项目全生命周期工程造价管理的各个阶段进行分析确定了各个阶段的评价指标,并构建了相应的层次结构模型。在模型中,对各准则层和方案层进行了深入研究和权重分配,从而对全生命周期EPC工程造价管理的效果进行了全面评估。通过对AHP模型及蛛网模型的分析和计算,本文得出了以下主要结论:在EPC项目全生命周期的各个阶段中,运营维护阶段和施工阶段的造价管理评价较低,需要进行相关改善;同时,投资阶段的资金结构也需要进行优化。这些改善和优化措施将对提高EPC项目的造价管理效果、降低项目成本、提高项目的投资效益产生积极影响。
This article takes the full life cycle engineering cost management of an EPC project for a river regulation project as the research object,and evaluates it using the AHP model and spider web model.By analyzing the various stages of engineering cost management throughout the entire lifecycle of EPC projects,evaluation indicators for each stage were determined,and corresponding hierarchical structure models were constructed.In the model,in-depth research and weight allocation were conducted on each criterion layer and scheme layer,thus comprehensively evaluating the effectiveness of EPC project cost management throughout the entire lifecycle.Through the analysis and calculation of the AHP model and spider web model,this article draws the following main conclusions:in the various stages of the EPC project lifecycle,the cost management evaluation of the operation and maintenance stage and the construction stage is relatively low,and relevant improvements are needed;at the same time,the funding structure during the investment phase also needs to be optimized.These improvement and optimization measures will have a positive impact on enhancing the cost management effectiveness of EPC projects,reducing project costs,and improving project investment efficiency.
