强度体育——新时代中国学校体育的理论支脚

摘要 体育在新时代迎来了难得的发展机遇,但仍面临着诸多挑战,强度体育集理论与实践于一身,要为促进我国新时代体育建设高质量发展做出更大的贡献。(1)在概念层面,强度于竞技体育是常态,于全民健身是状态,于学校体育中其角色仍不突出,学校体育长期存在强度不够的问题;(2)在政策层面,新课标对体育与健康课程提出了学业质量标准,对体育课的运动负荷标准做出了界定,提出要“科学设置运动负荷”,学校体育进入“强度体育”时代;(3)在操作层面,强度体育并不意味着大强度体育运动,而要让公共体育课达到中等强度,充分利用科技手段,提高科学监控水准。对于强度体育的研究需要进一步深入。 Sports meet in the rare development opportunity in the new era,but still face many challenges,the strength sports set theory and practice in a body,must make greater contribution to promote our country new era sports construction high-quality development.(1)At the conceptual level,intensity is the norm in competitive sports and the state in national fitness,but its role in school sports is still not prominent,and the problem of insufficient intensity in school sports has long existed;(2)At the policy level,the new curriculum standard puts forward the academic quality standards for physical education and health courses,defines the exercise load standards for physical education classes,proposes to“scientifically set exercise load”,and school physical education has entered the era of“intensity sports”;(3)At the operational level,intensity sports does not mean high-intensity sports,but let public physical education classes reach medium intensity,make full use of scientific and technological means,and improve the level of scientific monitoring.The research on intensity sports needs to be further in-depth.
