摘要
试验通过二氧化碳示踪气体法验证了人体代谢舱的新风混合均匀度和舱体的密闭性能。同时使用基于间接测热法的人体代谢模拟装置,在不影响人体代谢舱内部气体环境条件下实现准确模拟人体呼吸时二氧化碳的产出量和氧气的消耗量,并向代谢舱内补充消耗氧气时所损失的氮气,依据Weir公式计算出模拟的标准代谢量。通过与代谢舱代谢量测试结果的比较,两者测试结果偏差均优于±10%。试验结果最终可以完成对人体代谢舱代谢量结果准确性的验证。
Carbon dioxide tracer gas method was used to verify the mixing uniformity of fresh air and the airtight performance of human metabolic chamber.At the same time,the human metabolism simulation device based on indirect calorimetry is used to accurately simulate the carbon dioxide output and oxygen consumption of human respiration without affecting the gas environment inside the human metabolism chamber,and the nitrogen lost during the consumption of oxygen is added to the metabolism chamber,and the simulated standard metabolic amount is calculated according to the Weir formula.Compared with the results of metabolic capacity test in metabolic chamber,the deviation of the two test results is better than±10%.The experimental results can finally verify the accuracy of the results of human metabolic chamber metabolism.
