机动车零部件HV-LV耦合衰减测量装置

摘要 为了评估新能源汽车的电磁兼容性(EMC)性能,准确测量HV与LV系统间的耦合衰减显得尤为重要。通过研究HV-LV耦合衰减测量中的矢量网络分析法,研制一种HV-LV耦合衰减测量的专用装置,并探讨了装置的性能优化方案。通过实验验证,该装置在0.15 MHz至108 MHz的频率范围内实现了小于1dB的耦合衰减,且接地电阻值控制在2.5 mΩ以内,证明了装置的有效性和准确性,为新能源汽车的电磁兼容测试提供了有力技术支撑。 To evaluate the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)performance of new energy vehicles,it is particularly important to accurately measure the coupling attenuation between HV and LV systems.By studying the vector network analysis method in HV-LV coupling attenuation measurement,a special device for HV-LV coupling attenuation measurement is developed,and the performance optimization scheme of the device is discussed.Through experimental verification,the device achieves a coupling attenuation of less than 1 dB in the frequency range of 0.15 MHz to 108 MHz,and the grounding resistance value is controlled within 2.5 mΩ,which proves the effectiveness and accuracy of the device,and provides strong technical support for electromagnetic compatibility testing of new energy vehicles.
