机动车座椅振动异响的主观和客观评价及其相关性

The subjective and objective evaluation and correlation analysis of vibration abnormal noise in car seats

以机动车座椅振动异响试验的异响声样本为研究对象,利用等级评分法对异响声样本进行了主观评价,得到反映座椅异响的主观评价得分。同时,计算了异响声样本的客观评价参量。通过主观和客观评价结果相关性分析,总结出可反映座椅异响主观评价结果的客观参量,其中A计权声压级和响度对主观评价结果均有影响。而客观评价参量响度和主观评价结果有更加显著的相关性,表明响度能够准确反映主观评价得分,通过计算响度能够验证异响主观评价结果的可靠性。

Taking the test abnormal sound samples of vibration abnormal sound in car seats as the research object,using the grading method to subjectively evaluate abnormal sound samples,obtain subjective evaluation scores reflecting seat noise,and calculate objective evaluation parameters for the abnormal noise samples.Through the correlation analysis of subjective and objective evaluation results,it is found that the A-weighted sound pressure level and loudness have an impact on subjective evaluation results.However,there is a more significant correlation between objective evaluation parameter loudness and subjective evaluation results.Loudness can accurately reflect subjective evaluation scores,and verified the reliability of subjective evaluation results of abnormal noise.
