磁弹磨粒几何特征对刀具刃口的影响研究

摘要 针对双磁盘磁力刀具钝化中磁弹磨粒的不规则形状、不确定尺寸等几何特征,仿真研究了磁弹磨粒几何特征对刀具刃口材料去除的影响。基于ABAQUS有限元仿真软件建立磁弹磨粒冲击刀具刃口模型并进行仿真,分析磁弹磨粒冲击角度、几何特征等参数对刀具刃口的应力应变、冲击深度和冲击过程中能量转换的影响规律。 For the irregular shape and uncertain size of magnetic elastic abrasive grains during the dulling process of double-disk magnetic tools passivation,a simulation study is conducted to investigate the influence of geometric characteristics of magnetic elastic abrasive grains on the material removal of tool edges.Based on the ABAQUS finite element simulation software,a model of magnetic elastic abrasive grain impact on tool edges is established and simulated.The effects of magnetic elastic abrasive grain impact angle and geometric characteristics,on the stress,strain,impact depth,and energy conversion during the impact process of tool edges are analyzed.
