摘要
针对精密航天结构件产品多样化、小批量、高精度的特点,基于数控机床机载测头提出了一种灵活性高且通用性强的坐标系跟随铣削加工方法。使用机载测头进行数据采集,结合数控加工系统参数补偿能力,实现技术状态的有效控制。在加工过程中以典型精密航天结构件为应用案例,分析总结得到的相关实验数据论证了该方法的有效性及可靠性。
According to the characteristics of diversification,small batch and high precision aerospace structural parts,a machining method with high flexibility and strong universal type is proposed based on the on-load head of CNC machine tool.In this way,the airborne measuring head is used to collect data,and the parameter compensation ability of the CNC machining system is combined to realize the effective control of the technical state.In the machining process,the typical precision space structural parts are taken as the application cases,and the experimental data is analyzed and summarized to demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of the method.
