摘要
为了提高碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)制孔出口质量,结合球头铣刀几何形状和倾斜螺旋铣孔加工原理,详细分析了CFRP球头铣刀倾斜螺旋铣孔的运动学特性和CFRP倾斜螺旋铣孔时孔出口的成型过程,着重讨论了刀具切出材料过程、出口切削速度变化及材料变形对孔出口质量的影响。通过开展CFRP球头铣刀倾斜螺旋铣孔实验,分析了球头铣刀倾斜角为0°~5°时孔的出口质量。结果表明,球头铣刀倾斜螺旋铣孔可以明显降低CFRP的出口毛刺和分层情况,实现CFRP低损伤制孔。
In order to improve the quality of hole making of carbon fiber reinforced composite(CFRP),combining the geometry of ball end milling cutter and the principle of tilted helical milling,the kinematics characteristics of tilted helical milling of CFRP ball end milling cutter are analyzed in detail,and the forming process of hole exit is analyzed.The influence of cutting process,cutting speed and material deformation on the quality of hole exit are discussed.The experiment of tilted helical milling with CFRP ball end milling cutter is carried out,and the hole exit quality is analyzed when the ball end milling cutter is inclined from 0°to 5°.The results show that the tilted helical milling with the ball end mill can significantly reduce the exit burr and delamination of CFRP,and realize the low damage of CFRP hole-making.
