高速切削高强度钢切削温度仿真及参数优化研究

摘要 为合理选用10CrNi3Mo高强度钢的切削用量,通过切削仿真和遗传算法对切削参数进行优化研究。基于正交试验方法,以切削速度、背吃刀量和进给量为自变量,以切削温度为响应值,利用方差分析和交互作用分析得出了切削参数对切削温度的影响规律;基于多元线性回归拟合方法建立切削温度回归方程预测模型,采用多目标遗传算法对切削参数进行优化,并通过模拟试验检验最优工艺参数。结果表明,最优值与模拟值之间的误差在±3%以内,所建立的优化模型和计算结果具有较高的可靠度。 In order to reasonably select the cutting parameters of 10CrNi3Mo high strength steel,the cutting parameters are optimized by cutting simulation and genetic algorithm.Based on the orthogonal test method,the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature is obtained by variance analysis and interaction analysis with cutting speed,back cutting amount and feed amount as independent variables and cutting temperature as response value.Based on the multiple linear regression fitting method,the regression equation prediction model of cutting temperature is established.The multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the cutting parameters,and the optimal process parameters are tested by simulation experiments.The results show that the error between the optimal value and the simulated value is within±3%,and the established optimization model and calculation results have high reliability.
