延续护理对基层糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

Evaluation of the Effect of Continuous Nursing on Blood Glucose Control in Primary Diabetes Patients

目的研究对基层糖尿病患者采取延续护理对血糖控制的影响。方法于2022年10月至2023年10月我院基层糖尿病患者中随机抽取84例,经随机数表法分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施延续护理,对比两组依从率、血糖控制效果、心理状态,生活质量、疾病认知情况、自护能力以及护理满意度。结果观察组饮食、生活、用药依从率,生存质量健康调查简表(SF-36)评分以及护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组疾病认知、自护能力量表评分(ESCA)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对基层糖尿病患者采取延续护理有利于帮助患者提高对饮食、生活和用药的依从性,从而更好地控制血糖水平,提升患者对疾病的认知以及自我护理能力。随着对生活习惯的调整、血糖的控制,也有利于调节患者不良情绪以及生活能力,提高基层护理服务的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing on blood glucose control in primary diabetes patients.Methods A total of 84 diabetic patients in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group performed continuous nursing.Comparison of the adherence rate,glycaemic control effect,psychological state,quality of life,disease awareness,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The observation group had a higher rate of adherence to diet,life and medication,scores on the short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)and satisfaction with nursing care than the control group(all P<0.05);the observation group had a lower level of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),glycated haemoglobin(HbAlc)and self-assessment of anxiety scale(SAS)than the control group(all P<0.05);Disease awareness and the exercise of selfcare agency scale(ESCA)were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing for diabetes patients at the grass-roots level can help patients improve their compliance with diet,life and medication,so as to better control blood sugar level,improve patients'awareness of disease and self-care ability.With the adjustment of lifestyle habits and blood sugar control,it is also beneficial to regulate the patient's negative emotions and living ability,and improve the satisfaction of grassroots nursing services.
