手术室人文关怀对肾结石手术治疗患者心理状况、配合度及并发症的影响

The Effect of Humanistic Care in Operating Room on Psychological Status, Cooperation and Complications of Patients Undergoing Renal Stone Surgery

目的探讨对肾结石手术治疗患者行手术室人文关怀干预的价值。方法以84例本院接受手术治疗的肾结石患者为受试者(2023年1月至2023年10月),以抽签法随机分组,对照组(n=42)行常规手术室护理,观察组(n=42)行手术室人文关怀干预,分析对比两组情绪状态、生活质量、治疗配合度、并发症发生状况、术后疼痛程度以及干预满意情况。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分都降低,观察组比对照组更低(P<0.05)。两组干预后活力、躯体疼痛、生理功能、精神健康评分升高,且观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗依从性78.57%比较,观察组95.24%更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.76%比对照组23.81%更低(P<0.05)。观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。两组干预满意度对比,观察组92.86%比对照组73.81%更高(P<0.05)。结论将人文关怀融入肾结石患者手术室护理中效果理想,有助于减轻患者消极情绪与疼痛程度,改善患者遵医行为与生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the value of humanistic care intervention in the operating room for patients with kidney stone surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with kidney stones who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as subjects(January 2023 to October 2023),randomly divided by lottery method.The control group(n=42)received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group(n=42)received humanistic care intervention in operating room.The emotional state,quality of life,treatment cooperation,complications,postoperative pain and intervention satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of vitality,physical pain,physiological function and mental health were increased in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with 78.57%of the control group,95.24%of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.76%lower than that of the control group(23.81%)(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group at 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of intervention satisfaction between the two groups,observation group 92.86%higher than control group 73.81%(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrating humanistic care into the operating room nursing of patients with kidney stones has an ideal effect,which can help alleviate patients'negative emotions and pain,improve patients'compliance behavior and quality of life,reduce the occurrence of complications.
