人性化护理模式结合雾化吸入对肺炎患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect Analysis of Humanized Nursing Model Combined with Atomization Inhalation in Patients with Pneumonia

目的探讨雾化吸入配合人性化护理对临床治疗肺炎的影响。方法选取我院2022年2月至2024年2月收治的82例肺炎患者作为研究对象,均接受雾化吸入治疗,按照入院时间进行分组。在此次基础上配合常规护理的41例患者归为对照组,配合人性化护理的41例患者视为观察组;对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应情况、症状消失时间及住院时间、依从性、健康知识掌握程度及满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率、健康知识评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发热、憋喘、咳嗽、肺部啰音等症状消失时间,住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组焦虑情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入是治疗肺炎的常用疗法,治疗期间配合人性化护理可以提高治疗效果,减少不良反应,有利于尽早解除各种临床症状,同时还可以培养患者及家属对医护人员的信任感,促使医护工作顺利开展。

Objective To explore the effect of atomization inhalation combined with humanized nursing on the clinical treatment of pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,Grouped by admission time.All of them received atomization inhalation therapy.Based on this,41 patients with routine nursing were classified as the control group,and 41 patients with humanized nursing were regarded as the observation group.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,duration of symptom disappearance and hospital stay,compliance,health knowledge mastery and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment,health knowledge score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,asthmatic,cough,pulmonary rale and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Atomization inhalation is a common therapy for the treatment of pneumonia.Humanized nursing during treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce adverse reactions,and help to relieve various clinical symptoms as soon as possible.At the same time,it can also cultivate the trust of patients and their families for medical staff,and promote the smooth development of medical care.
