全过程绿色通道护理路径在儿童发热性惊厥急救中的应用效果

The Influence of the Whole Green Channel Nursing Path on the First-Aid Effect and Parents'Cooperation in the Treatment of Children with Febrile Convulsion

目的研究全过程绿色通道护理路径在儿童发热性惊厥急救中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象均选自本院2022年1月至2022年12月急诊收治的105例发热性惊厥患儿,依据随机抽签法分为两组,对照组53例和观察组52例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以全过程绿色通道护理路径。比较两组患儿急救效果、负性事件(如舌咬伤、坠床等)发生率以及家属满意度。结果干预后,观察组抢救室滞留时间、惊厥控制时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组负性事件(如舌咬伤、坠床等)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组家属总满意度94.23%,高于对照组的79.25%(P<0.05)。结论全过程绿色通道护理路径对发热性惊厥患儿具有积极意义,改善患儿急救效果的同时提升家属满意度,利于病症好转。

Objective To study the effect of emergency treatment of febrile convulsion in the process of emergency treatment.Methods The study subjects were selected from 105 children with febrile convulsions admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January to December 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the random lottery method,53 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group gave the whole-process green channel nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The effect of emergency aid,incidence of negative events and family satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the emergency room retention time and convulsion control time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of negative events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than the 79.25%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The whole process of green channel nursing path has positive significance for children with febrile convulsions,which improves the first aid effect of children and improves the satisfaction of family members,which is conducive to the improvement of the disease.
