PDCA循环管理对降低门诊中药处方不合理率的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of PDCA Circulation Management on Reducing the Unreasonable Rate of Outpatient Chinese Medicine Prescriptions

目的评估PDCA循环管理应用在门诊中药处方点评中的效果及对降低处方不合理率的作用。方法根据《处方管理办法》的第二章处方管理的一般规定及《中药饮片给付标准》相关内容,结合佛山市第二人民医院中药处方点评制度相关要求,按照每月对中药处方进行随机不低于100张的抽查方法,本次研究将2019年1月至2020年12月未实施PDCA循环管理的2432张门诊中药处方纳入对照组,将2021年1月至2022年12月实施PDCA循环管理的3541张门诊中药处方纳入观察组,评价组间不合理用药情况。结果观察组处方不合理率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理能够有效降低门诊中药处方不合理率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA circulation management in outpatient Chinese medicine prescription review and its role in reducing the unreasonable rate of prescriptions.Methods According to the General Provisions of Prescription Management in Chapter II of Prescription Management Measures and the relevant contents of Payment Standard of Chinese Herbal Pieces,combined with the relevant requirements of the Chinese Herbal Prescription Evaluation System of Foshan Second People's Hospital,and according to the random sampling method of not less than 100 Chinese herbal prescriptions every month,2432 outpatient Chinese herbal prescriptions without PDCA circulation management from January 2019 to December 2020 were included in the control group,and from January 2021 to December 2020.Results The rate of irrational prescriptions in the observation group is lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA circulation management can effectively reduce the unreasonable rate of outpatient Chinese medicine prescriptions,which is worth popularizing.
