小儿推拿对肺炎患儿康复进程及家属满意度的影响

Effect of Massage on Recovery Process and Satisfaction of Family Members in Children with Pneumonia

目的分析小儿推拿对肺炎患儿康复进程及家属满意度的影响。方法选取南平市建阳区妇幼保健院2023年5月至2024年4月收治的肺炎患儿228例,采用随机数字表法,分为参照组与观察组,两组例数各114例,参照组实施常规干预,观察组在常规干预基础上实施小儿推拿。对比两组患儿干预前后的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV),并观察两组咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、气喘消失时间、退热时间、住院时间,统计两组家属满意度。结果干预后,观察组FEV1、FVC、MVV、PEF均高于参照组(均P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、气喘消失时间、退热时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿可改善肺炎患儿肺功能,促进症状快速缓解,加快其康复进程,提高家属满意度。

Objective The influence of pediatric massage on the rehabilitation process of children with pneumonia and the satisfaction of their family members was analyzed.Methods Selected 228 children with pneumonia admitted to maternal and child health hospital of Nanping City Jianyang district from May 1,2023 to April 2024,and divided into reference group and study group,with 114 cases in each of the two groups.The reference group implemented conventional intervention,and the research group implemented pediatric massage on the basis of routine intervention.Compared the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),maximum ventilation(MVV)before and after the intervention,and observe the disappearance time of cough,lung rales,asthma,fever,hospital time,the satisfaction of the two groups.Results After intervention,FEV1,FVC,and MVV were greater than the reference group and PEF was higher than the reference group(All P<0.05).The cough,rales,wheezing,fever and hospitalization were shorter than the reference group(P<0.05).Family satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pediatric massage can improve the lung function of children with pneumonia,promote the rapid relief of symptoms,accelerate the rehabilitation process,and improve the satisfaction of family members.
