摘要
国内暂无胶轮地铁车辆安全轮的相关计算标准及方法。针对该研究需求,文章首先介绍了安全轮的结构设计,然后通过分析不同运行工况下安全轮的承载特性,参考传统车轮的载荷计算标准,提出了安全轮的载荷计算方法,最后以12.5 t轴重胶轮地铁车辆的安全轮为例,对其结构强度及制动工况下的温度进行仿真分析,结果表明,安全轮的结构设计满足相关标准要求。
There are no relevant calculation standards and methods for the safety wheels of rubber-tyred metro vehicles in China.In view of the research demand,this paper first presents the structrual design of safety wheel.Then,by analyzing the load-bearing characteristics of the safety wheel under different operating conditions,and puts forward the load calculation method of the safety wheel with reference to the load calculation standard of the traditional wheel.Finally,taking the safety wheel of 12.5 t axle load rubber wheel metro vehicle as an example,the structural strength and temperature under braking condition are simulated and analyzed.
