林业高职院校科技创新服务乡村振兴新路径--以湖北生态工程职业技术学院为例

New Path of Technological Innovation of Forestry Vocational Colleges to Serve Rural Revitalization--Taking Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College as an Example

适应区域经济、校企深度合作、培育高技能人才,是办好职业教育的关键,也是“双高”创建、服务乡村振兴的基础。湖北生态工程职业技术学院探索建立了“三对接四联动四培育”实践模式,运用科技创新成果服务乡村振兴,赢得政府政策帮扶支持的力度加大,深化社会和企业育人的合作,较好地解决了高职教师队伍和学生培养、行业经济和企业需求脱节等问题,为探索高职院校科技创新服务乡村振兴提供了宝贵经验,对促进乡村振兴战略的深入实施具有重要的理论指导意义与实践借鉴价值。

It is key for vocational colleges to adapt to regional economy,deepen cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and cultivate high skilled talents.These are also the foundation for creating"Double High"and serving rural revitalization.Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College has been exploring the establishment of the mechanism of"Three Dockings,Four Linkages and Four Cultivations".It uses scientific and technological innovation to serve rural revitalization,increase government policy support,and deepen cooperation between society and enterprises in education.This has effectively solved the problem of the disconnection between the cultivation of vocational college staff and students and the industry economy and needs of enterprises.It provides valuable experience for exploring the scientific and technological innovation from vocational colleges in revitalizing rural areas,and has important theoretical guiding significance and practical reference value for promoting the deep implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
