考虑源荷不确定性的主动配网智能开关故障重构

摘要 针对源荷不确定环境下主动配网重构问题,提出了一种考虑源荷不确定性的主动配网智能开关故障重构方法。该方法采用机会约束表达了不确定负荷和分布式光伏造成的随机切负荷耐受程度,并作为惩罚项与系统运行成本合并成为故障重构策略的最小化目标,同时,将智能软开关和传统开关的动作、网络潮流以及变流器的非线性损耗表达为故障重构策略的约束条件。通过线性逼近方法,将原始重构策略模型表达为混合整数二阶锥问题,再运用基于全局一致优化的并行交替方向乘子法对重构策略进行求解。通过17和34节点配电系统展示了所提故障重构方法的应用效果。 Aiming at the problem of active distribution network reconfiguration in the environment of source and load uncertainty,this paper proposes asoft open point engaged fault reconfigurationmethod for active distribution networks considering source load uncertainty.This method uses chance constraints to express the degree of tolerance of random load shedding caused by uncertain loads and distributed photovoltaics and combines it as a penalty term with the system operating cost to become the minimization goal of the fault reconfiguration strategy.At the same time,the actionsof soft open points and traditional switches,and network power flow and nonlinear losses of the converters are expressed as constraints of the fault reconfiguration strategy.Through a linear approximation method,the original fault reconfiguration strategy is expressed as a mixed integer second order cone problem,and then a parallel alternating direction multiplier method based on global consistent optimization is used to solve the strategy.The application effect of the proposed method is demonstrated through 17 node and 34 node power distribution systems.
