摘要
推进专业物资仓管理向数字化、智能化、低碳化转型,在节约大量人力物力成本的同时,能够有效提高仓库管理水平和运行效率。为此,对电力物资专业仓在管理和环境设施方面的现有不足进行分析,明确了依托于物联网技术的电力物资融合仓建设目标;接着,基于SG CIM标准数据模型和SG UAP微服务技术架构对电力物资融合仓系统平台进行搭建,根据客户的常见功能需求开展硬件配置设计;最后,以国网某供电局为例对系统应用成效进行展示,充分验证了所建系统在管理效率及经济效益发挥的重要作用。
Promoting the transformation of professional material warehouse management towards digitization,intelligence,and low carbon can effectively improve warehouse management level and operational efficiency while saving a lot of manpower and material costs.To this end,the existing shortcomings in the management and environmental facilities of professional power material warehouses are analyzed,and the construction goals of integrated power material warehouses relying on Internet of Things technology are clarified;next,based on the SG CIM standard data model and SG UAP microservice technology architecture,the power material fusion warehouse system platform is built,and hardware configuration design is carried out according to the common functional requirements of customers;finally,taking a power supply bureau of State Grid as an example,the application effectiveness of the system is demonstrated,fully verifying the important role of the system built in this article in management efficiency and economic benefits.
