Nalada’s“Peach and Plum Fragrance”Boutique Homestay Project:New Life for an Old Cave Dwelling

针对当下各地如火如荼进行中的乡村建设大潮,笔者作为隐居乡里的设计总监,结合隐居乡里刚刚在山西吕梁完成的一个具有典型地域特征的整村改造项目,通过对设计思路的阐释,提出了在设计过程中需要运营前置,在建设完成后需要以真实的市场反馈作为乡村设计评判标准等观点,希望可以对类似改造项目起到一定的借鉴作用。

In response to the current booming trend of rural construction in various regions,the author,as the design director of Nalada,recently completed a cave dwelling renovation project in Lvliang,Shanxi Province.Through the explanation of the design ideas,the author proposes the viewpoints,such as the need for a pre-design operational mindset in the design process and the need to use the real market feedback as the evaluation standard for rural renovation projects,hoping to provide a reference for similar renovation projects.
