新时代兵团精神的传承路径研究

Research on the Inheritance Path of the Corps Spirit in the New Era

兵团精神是新疆生产建设兵团在屯垦戍边的伟大实践中孕育而生的精神财富,构成了中国共产党人精神谱系的重要部分,其时代价值在于保障国家安全与边疆稳定,推动边疆经济社会发展,促进民族团结与社会和谐,确立文化自信。新时代传承兵团精神面临一系列现实困难:兵团干部职工群众队伍的稳定性不足;兵团干部职工对兵团和自身身份认识和定位不足;新时代兵团精神的阐释有待更新。要在新时代提升兵团精神传承效果,可遵从:(一)多措并举加强兵团干部职工队伍稳定性,确保兵团精神传承后继有人;(二)强化兵团精神的传播与培训,提高干部职工对兵团及自身身份认识和定位;(三)加大对新时代兵团精神的研究阐释力度,丰富兵团精神的时代意蕴。

The corps spirit is the spiritual wealth bred by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the great practice of cultivating and guarding the border areas,an important component of the spiritual lineage of the CPC.The contemporary value of the spirit lies in its safeguarding national security and border stability,promoting social and economic development of the border areas,fostering national unity and social harmony,and advancing national cultural confidence.The inheritance of the corps spirit in the New Era,however,is confronted with several practical difficulties:the loose foundation of workforce among the corps cadres and employees,the ambiguous recognition of the identity and position of the corps cadres and employees,and the outdated interpretation of the corps spirit in the New Era.To better inherit the corps spirit in the New Era,we should(1)take measures to strengthen the stability of corps cadres and employees so that the spirit can be inherited;(2)facilitate the cultivation and dissemination of the spirit so that the corps cadres and employees can better identify and position themselves;(3)enhance the research and elucidation of the corps spirit in the New Era so that the contemporary connotation of the spirit can be enriched.
