The Dissemination of Marxism in China Beforeand After the May Fourth Movement

从五四运动开始,马克思主义在中国的大范围传播成为现实,在传播主体上表现为由早期的非马克思主义者向马克思主义者转变,在传播路径上呈现出以日本、欧洲、俄国、美国为主的多元化传播态势,在传播效果上彰显出由自发零散到自觉系统的转变。其时,受限于历史认知局限、“两次论战”和封建军阀的打压,马克思主义的传播并非一帆风顺,在战胜传播困境中鲜明地显现出马克思主义内在的强大生命力。

Since the May Fourth Movement,the large-scale dissemination of Marxism in China has become a reality,which is manifested in the transformation of dissemination subjects:from the early non-Marxists to Marxists,dissemination routes:the diversified trend dominated by Japan,Europe.Russia and the United States in the transmission path,and dissemination effect:from spontaneous scatter to conscious system.In this process,confined by the limitations of historical cognition,the“two debates”and the suppression of feudal warlords,the dissemination of Marxism is not smooth.Therefore,the strong inner vitality of Marxism is shown in its overcoming adversities in the dissemination plight.
