基于生态足迹模型的民乐县水资源可持续利用分析

Sustainable Water Resource Utilization in Minle County Based on theEcological Footprint Model

本文利用水资源生态足迹模型,以干旱少雨、经济落后的民乐县作为研究对象,从农业、工业、生活、生态4个用水账户出发,计算和分析了民乐县2015—2022年的水资源生态足迹和水资源生态承载力,并以此为基础,对水资源生态盈亏、压力指数及万元GDP水资源生态足迹值进行计算,评价分析了民乐县在此期间的水资源可持续利用状态。研究结果表明,民乐县水资源生态亏损程度严重,水资源整体上处于不可持续利用状态,安全程度极低。从计算的生态用水足迹值来看,民乐县目前的用水比例不利于生态环境的改善;由计算的万元GDP水资源生态足迹值可知,民乐县水资源利用效率不高,必须采取措施扭转目前的不利局面。分析结果可为县级层面的区域水资源利用和管理提供参考。

Applying the water resources ecological footprint model,Minle County,characterized by drought,low rainfall,and an underdeveloped economy,was selected as the study area.The research focused on four water use accounts:agriculture,industry,domestic,and ecological.The study calculated and analyzed the water resources ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Minle County from 2015 to 2022.Based on these calculations,the ecological surplus or deficit of water resources,pressure index,and ecological footprint per unit of GDP were evaluated to assess the sustainable utilization of water resources in Minle County during this period.The results indicate a severe ecological deficit in water resources,with the overall utilization being unsustainable and the safety level extremely low.The calculated ecological water footprint values suggest that the current water usage proportions are detrimental to the ecological environment.Additionally,the ecological footprint per unit of GDP reveals that Minle County’s water resource utilization efficiency is low,necessitating measures to reverse the current unfavorable situation.This study can provide a reference for the utilization and management of regional water resources at the county level.
