湖北省水库移民后期扶持产业项目研究

Research on Industrial Project Support at Later Stage of ReservoirResettlers in Hubei Province

为进一步探索适合水库移民后期经济发展的路径和模式,为相关政府主管部门制定政策提供参考,本文通过分析前期相关资料及实地调研典型县(市)近年来移民后期扶持的实施现状,梳理了目前开展水库移民后期扶持工作面临的问题,并提出了相应的解决思路,为今后水利工程移民安置可持续发展以及提高移民生活水平提供参考。

In order to further explore suitable paths and models for the economic development of reservoir resettlers in the later stages and to provide a reference for relevant government authorities in policy-making,this paper analyzes previous related data and conducts field research in typical counties(cities)on the implementation status of support at later stage for reservoir resettlement in recent years.The study identifies the current challenges faced in support at later stage and proposes corresponding solutions that offer guidance for the sustainable development of resettlement in future,helping to improve the living standards of reservoir resettlers.
