郑州市贾鲁河防洪布局研究

Research on the Flood Control Layout of the Jialu River in Zhengzhou

为解决郑州市贾鲁河防洪存在的问题,本文立足现状,谋划未来,整体布局,提出了“上蓄、中滞、下排”的郑州市贾鲁河防洪工程布局,将贾鲁河尖岗水库至七里河入贾鲁河口段防洪标准提升至200年一遇,贾鲁河七里河入贾鲁河口至中牟陇海铁路桥段防洪标准提升至100年一遇,大大缓解郑州市城区及中牟县的防洪压力。研究结果可供类似城市的防洪布局及建设参考。

In order to address the flood control issues in the Jialu River in Zhengzhou City,a comprehensive plan has been developed based on the current situation and future needs.The plan,titled“Upstream Storage,Midstream Detention,Downstream Discharge”,aims to enhance the flood control layout for the Jialu River.Specifically,it proposes raising the flood control standard for the segment from Jiangang Reservoir to the Qili River entrance of the Jialu River to a 200-year return period,and from the Qili River entrance to the Zhongmou Longhai Railway Bridge to a 100-year return period.This initiative significantly alleviates the flood control pressure on the urban area of Zhengzhou and Zhongmou County,providing a reference for flood control layout and construction in similar cities.
