城市型小水库智慧综合管理平台构建研究

摘要 本文详细介绍了水库智慧综合管理系统软件的研发成就及应用情况,旨在提升城市小水库管理的智能化水平。城市型小水库除了景观功能外,往往还具有防洪、供水等综合功能,若失事将损失巨大,影响十分严重。一些中小型水库由于缺乏足够的政策和资金支持,在安全管理和信息化系统建设方面存在短板。为提高中小型水库现代化管理水平,采用现代信息技术,如物联网、云计算、AI视频技术,以及数学模型和BIM模型,构建水库智慧综合管理系统软件,可有效应对城市型水库面临的信息采集不全、资源共享程度低等问题,为城市可持续发展提供有力支持,保障城市水资源的安全利用。 This paper focuses on the development of intelligent integrated management system software for reservoirs,aiming to enhance the intelligent management level of urban small reservoirs.In addition to landscape functions,urban small reservoirs often serve comprehensive functions such as flood control and water supply.In case of an accident,the resulting losses can be significant and have serious impacts.Some small and medium-sized reservoirs face challenges in safety management and information system construction due to a lack of sufficient policy and financial support.To improve the modernization level of small and medium-sized reservoir management,modern information technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing,AI video technology,as well as mathematical and BIM models,are employed to develop intelligent integrated management system software for reservoirs.This approach can effectively addresses the challenges faced by urban reservoirs,such as incomplete information collection and low resource sharing,providing strong support for sustainable urban development and ensuring the safe utilization of urban water resources.
