60万t/a磷酸二铵装置气体系统操作控制的分析与优化

摘要 针对云南天安化工有限公司二期60万t/a磷酸二铵装置生产过程流化冷却含尘气体直接排放污染环境、产品温度达不到控制指标、烟囱排放颗粒物高及洗涤系统洗液中和度居高不下等问题,提出了操作控制的改进措施,并取得了显著的优化效果。 An analysis was conducted on the environmental pollution caused by the direct discharge of dusty gas from fluidized cooling during the production process of Yunnan Tian'an Chemical Co.,Ltd.s Phase II 600000 t/year diammonium phosphate plant,the failure to meet control indicators for product temperature,high particulate matter emissions from chimneys,and high neutralization degree of washing solution in the washing system.Improvement measures for operational control were proposed,and significant optimization effects were achieved.
