雷诺实验最优实验条件探究及装置改造

摘要 雷诺演示实验对应“化学工程基础实验”流体流动与输送部分的学习内容,此实验能够使学生直观观察和了解水的三种流动型态,通过控制水箱内水的流量,记录不同实验条件下的水温、水流量、示踪剂型态,计算出对应的雷诺数。比较各组实验达到层流、湍流对应的雷诺数,探究最优实验条件。对实验装置水箱进行改进,通过增加浮球阀的方式控制进水,减少了等待水面稳定的时间,节约水资源,在实验台套数不足的情况下,提高了实验效率。 Reynolds demonstration experiment corresponds to the fluid flow and transportation section of“Basic Experiments in Chemical Engineering”.This experiment allows students to intuitively observe and understand the three flow patterns of water.By controlling the flow of water in the water tank,recording the water temperature,water flow,and tracer type under different experimental conditions,the corresponding Reynolds number is calculated.Compare the Reynolds numbers corresponding to laminar flow and turbulent flow in each group of experiments to explore the optimal experimental conditions.The water tank of the experimental device was improved and the water inflow was controlled by adding a float valve,which reduced the time waiting for the water surface to stabilize,saved water resources,and improved the experimental efficiency when the number of experimental benches was insufficient.
