摘要
针对传统本科生天然药物化学实验教学的痛点问题,抓住热点研究方向,打破学科壁垒,跨学科整合资源,确定基于微生物学科交叉的综合性天然药物化学实验改革方向。通过微生物学科交叉的研究性实验的设计,启发式为主的实验教学模式的改革,提高了实验教学效果、提升了实验教学满意度,培养了学生自主思考和解决问题的能力。
Aiming at the pain points of traditional undergraduate natural medicine chemistry experiment teaching,this paper grasped the hot research direction,broke the discipline barriers,integrated resources across disciplines,and determined the reform direction of comprehensive natural medicine chemistry experiment based on the cross of microbiology disciplines.Through the design of interdisciplinary research experiments in microbiology and the reform of the heuristic experimental teaching model,the experimental teaching effect and the satisfaction of the experimental teaching have been improved,and the students'ability to think and solve problems independently has been cultivated.
