基于PLC与HMI的自动化仓库试验台设计与实现

摘要 针对应用型大学自动化专业人才培养目标,立足培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,提出了选用西门子S7-300 PLC为主站,S7-1200 PLC为从站,主从站遵从PROFIBUS-DP通信协议,通过主站对从站的控制实现对丝杠-步进电机在X、Y、Z三个方向的运动控制,由SMART 1000 IE V3触摸屏监控自动化仓库画面并搭建试验台。通过实验测试,基于PLC与HMI的自动化仓库试验台可在线实时完成立体仓库取货、存货等操作,且运行稳定、控制精度高。通过该试验台训练,有效提升学生PLC的程序设计与调试、通信组网技术的工程应用等能力。 Aiming at the training objectives of automation professionals in application-oriented universities,based on improving students’ability to solve complex engineering problems,the paper provided the design of the SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as master and S7-1200 PLC as slave station,established masterslave connection through PROFIBUS-DP bus.The motion control of the screw-stepper motor in the three directions of X,Y and Z were realized through the control of the master station to the slave station,the monitoring screen was built by the SMART 1000 IE V3 touch screen and built test bench to realize.The results showed that Automated warehouse test bench could complete the three-dimensional warehouse pick-up and inventory operations in real time online based on PLC and HMI.The test Bench were reliable operation,high stability and high controller accuracy.Through the training of the test bench,the ability of students’PLC program design and debugging and the ability of engineering application of communication networking technology have been effectively improved.
