基于PLC控制器的火电厂烟道除渣自动化控制系统研究

摘要 针对大型火电厂烟道除渣的自动化控制问题,设计了一种基于PLC控制器的烟道除渣自动化控制系统。系统在总体框架上包含了设备层、控制层和显示层;控制系统的硬件模块有FX2n-32MR型的PLC控制器、I/O模块、存储器模块、通信模块和电源模块;给出了PLC控制系统的基本控制流程,通过优化控制电感参数等控制系统的核心参数,提升PLC控制系统的稳定性和可靠性,达到高效除渣和节省能源、资源的目标。结果显示,基于PLC控制器的控制系统具有更高的除渣效率,耗时1418 s完成了对指定烟道的除渣工作;此外,PLC除渣控制系统在通信延迟控制、节水量和节能表现等方面,与传统控制系统相比也具有优势。 In response to the automation control problem of flue slag removal in large thermal power plants,a flue slag removal automation control system based on PLC controller was designed.The overall framework of the system includes the device layer,control layer,and display layer;The hardware modules of the control system include FX2n-32MR type PLC controller,I/O module,memory module,communication module,and power module;The basic control process of the PLC control system is provided,and by optimizing the core parameters of the control system such as inductance parameters,the stability and reliability of the PLC control system are improved,while achieving the goal of efficient slag removal and energy and resource conservation.The test results show that the control system based on PLC controller has higher slag removal efficiency,and completed the slag removal work on the designated flue in 1418 s;In addition,the PLC slag removal control system also has advantages over traditional control systems in terms of communication delay control,water saving and energy-saving performance.
