急诊创伤患者低体温预防清单的应用效果

Effect of hypothermia prevention checklist for patients with emergency trauma

目的探讨急诊创伤患者低体温预防清单的应用效果。方法选取118例急诊创伤患者并分为研究组和对照组,每组59例。对照组给予常规体温管理,研究组基于低体温预防清单开展体温管理。对比两组体温、自发性低体温、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及并发症。结果入科后30 min及入科后60 min,研究组体温较对照组增高(P<0.05);研究组和对照组自发性低体温发生率分别为13.56%、45.76%,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。入科后60 min,研究组APTT、PT、TT及FIB均较对照组降低(P<0.05)。研究组寒战、感染及酸中毒发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低体温预防清单用于急诊创伤患者,能降低自发性低体温风险,改善凝血功能障碍,减少不良预后。

Objective To evaluate the effect of hypothermia prevention checklist for patients with emergency trauma.Methods 118 emergency trauma patients were selected and divided into study group and control group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine body temperature management,and the study group was given body temperature management based on hypothermia prevention checklist.The Body temperature,spontaneous hypothermia,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)and complications were compared between two groups.Results At 30 min and 60 min after entering emergency department,the body temperature of study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of spontaneous hypothermia of study group and control group was 13.56% and 45.76% respectively.The incidence of spontaneous hypothermia in study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 60 min after entering emergency department,APTT,PT,TT and FIB of the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of chills,infection and acidosis in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypothermia preventive checklist used in emergency trauma patients can reduce risk of spontaneous hypothermia,improve coagulation dysfunction,and reduce poor prognosis.
