心肺复苏通过形成暂时的人工循环与人工呼吸,力求达到心脏自主循环恢复、自主呼吸和自主意识恢复。随着近些年的研究,心肺复苏的标准有了新的变化,心肺复苏的方法也在不断的尝试,心肺复苏的研究方法也越来越多样化,心肺复苏作为挽救心脏呼吸骤停患者的主要手段,其质量决定患者的预后。本文将综合国内外对心肺复苏的发展、标准、实施方法、心肺复苏研究方法及数据来源、不同人种的差异等方面进行综述,并对心肺复苏标准的制定及研究方法进行讨论和展望。未来需增加相关研究,总结出更适合中国人群的心肺复苏标准。

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation aims to achieve the restoration of cardiac autonomic circulation,autonomous breathing,and autonomous consciousness by forming temporary artificial circulation and artificial respiration.With the recent research,there have been new changes in the standards of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are constantly being discussed and experimented with.The research methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are also becoming more diverse.As the main means of rescuing patients with cardiac arrest,the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation determines the prognosis of patients.With the advancement of technology,the technology and standards of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are constantly changing.This article will comprehensively review the development,standards,implementation methods,research methods and data sources of cardiopulmonary resuscitation at home and abroad,as well as differences among different ethnic groups.It will also discuss and prospect the formulation and research methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation standards.In the future,it is necessary to increase relevant research and summarize more suitable cardiopulmonary resuscitation standards for the domestic population.
