摘要
在新时代人才强国战略下,针对社会工作专业人才扎根民族地区服务的意愿及能力较为薄弱的瓶颈问题,高校应基于民族地区的地缘、社会与文化环境,聚焦地方发展需求,培养社会工作专业学生“知行合一,贵于行之”的综合素养。依循肯·威尔伯的整合理论,从个体内在——专业素养(能力)、个体外在——行动素养(能力)、群体内在——跨文化行业素养(能力)以及群体外在——社会素养(能力)等四象限建构“整合型”人才培养模式,有利于促进学生在知识、信念与行为上的一体化发展,提高交互反思能力,为民族社会工作人才嵌入地方社会建设夯实基础。
Under the strategy of strengthening the country with talents in the new era,in view of the bottleneck problem of the weak willingness and ability of social work professionals to take root in ethnic areas,colleges and universities should focus on local development needs based on the geo-social and cultural environments of the ethnic areas,and cultivate the comprehensive qualities of"unity of knowledge and action,with emphasis on practice"among social work students.Based on Ken Wilber's integral theory,constructing an"integrative"talent cultivation model from four quadrants of professional literacy(competence)within individuals,action literacy(competence)outside individuals,intercultural professional literacy(competence)within groups and social literacy(competence)outside groups,which is beneficial for promoting the integrated development of students in terms of knowledge,beliefs,and actions,improving their capacity for interactive reflection,and lays a solid foundation for embedding social work professionals in local social construction.
