体位管理结合复合保温干预在剖宫产术中的应用效果及对舒适度、不良事件发生率的影响

Application effect of position management combined with compound thermal insulation intervention in cesarean section and its influences on comfort and incidence of adverse events

目的探究体位管理结合复合保温干预在剖宫产术中的应用效果及对舒适度、不良事件发生率的影响。方法选择2021年5月至2022年10月我院收治的200例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加施体位管理结合复合保温干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果出手术室时,观察组产妇的生理、心理精神、环境及社会文化评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率为7.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分娩后10 min,观察组产妇的皮质醇(Cor)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生后10 min,观察组新生儿的Apgar评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体位管理结合复合保温干预用于剖宫产术中,可缓解应激反应,降低不良事件发生率,提高产妇舒适度及新生儿出生质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of position management combined with compound thermal insulation intervention in cesarean section and its influences on comfort and incidence of adverse events.Methods A total of 200 parturients with cesarean section admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received position management combined with compound thermal insulation intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results When leaving the operating room,the scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social culture in the observation group of parturients were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 10 min after delivery,the levels of cortisol(Cor)and corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)in the observation group of parturients were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Apgar score at 10 min after birth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Position management combined with compound thermal insulation intervention applied for cesarean section can alleviate stress response,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve parturients comfort and neonatal birth quality,which is worthy of promotion.
