腹部穴位按摩结合艾灸疗法对帕金森便秘患者排便情况及生活质量的影响

Effects of abdominal acupoint massage combined with moxibustion therapy on defecation and quality of life in patients with Parkinson's constipation

目的探讨腹部穴位按摩结合艾灸疗法对帕金森便秘患者排便情况及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年9月至2022年8月收治的90例帕金森便秘患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用腹部穴位按摩结合艾灸疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预前,两组的每周排便次数、粪便性状评分、排便困难程度评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的每周排便次数多于对照组,粪便性状评分、排便困难程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的直肠最大耐受度(MT)、直肠最低敏感度(RMS)、直肠顺应性(RC)无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的MT、RMS、RC低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的便秘患者生存质量量表(PAC-QOL)各维度评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的PAC-QOL各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部穴位按摩结合艾灸疗法可改善帕金森便秘患者的便秘症状,调节肠动力学指标,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of abdominal acupoint massage combined with moxibustion therapy on defecation and quality of life in patients with Parkinson's constipation.Methods A total of 90 patients with Parkinson's constipation admitted from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received abdominal acupoint massage combined with moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in weekly defecation frequency,fecal character score and defecation difficulty score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the weekly defecation frequency of the observation group was more than that of the control group,and the fecal character score and defecation difficulty score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in rectal maximum tolerance(MT),rectal minimum sensitivity(RMS)and rectal compliance(RC)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the MT,RMS and RC of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of each dimension of Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the each dimension of PAC-QOL scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupoint massage combined with moxibustion therapy can improve the symptoms of constipation in patients with Parkinson's constipation,regulate intestinal dynamics indicators,and improve the quality of life.
