The education industry should adjust with the changes of the times and cultivate talents that meet the requirements of the times.This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of foreign language talent cultivation at the current stage,and uses this as a starting point to analyze strategies for optimizing foreign language talent cultivation models from multiple levels under the new situation background.On this basis,the practical significance of reforming the foreign language talent cultivation model is elaborated,hoping to provide assistance and reference for relevant personnel.It scientifically utilizes the advantages created by the era background to reform the talent cultivation model and assist in the cultivation of foreign language talents.
