产教融合视域下工业互联网应用专业人才培养研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Training of Industrial Internet Application Professionals from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education

工业互联网是推动产业链智改数转的新业态和新产业,助力企业数字化转型。随着工业互联网七大关键技术的加速落地,人才的紧缺严重制约我国工业互联网创新发展和企业数字化转型。本研究基于工业互联网应用专业开展人才培养,校企联合积极推动产教融合育人机制,优选典型场景,校企共建课程体系、优化教学组织结构、完善实践教学体系、职业素养与职业技能深度耦合并实施多维评价,构建产教融合视域下的“双主体、三融合、多方向、多维评”的工业互联网应用专业人才培养模式,实现专业与产业“同频共振”,为工业互联网的发展培养大量兼具创新精神和工匠精神的高素质复合型技术技能人才,助力制造业转型升级和企业数字化转型。

The industrial Internet is a new business form and new industry that promotes the intelligent transformation of the industrial chain and helps enterprises to transform digitally.With the acceleration of the seven key technologies of the industrial Internet,the shortage of talents seriously restricts the innovation and development of China's industrial Internet and the digital transformation of enterprises.Based on the application of industrial Internet,this study carries out talent training,and the school-enterprise cooperation actively promotes the education mechanism of integrating industry and education,selects typical scenarios,co-builds curriculum system,optimizes teaching organizational structure,improves practical teaching system,deeply couples professional quality and vocational skills,and implements multidimensional evaluation.This study builds a"double subject,three integration,multi-direction,multi-dimensional evaluation"industrial Internet application professional talent training model under the perspective of integration of industry and education,achieves professional and industrial"same frequency resonance",trains a large number of high-quality composite technical skills talents with innovative spirit and craftsman spirit for the development of industrial Internet,and helps the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and enterprise digital transformation.
