推进应用型本科高校“大思政课”建设的路径研究

“大思政课”建设是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求。应用型本科高校作为培养应用型人才的主阵地,也是贯彻落实党的教育方针,推进“大思政课”建设的“排头兵”。当前应用型本科高校“大思政课”建设仍存在课程体系不匹配、教学模式陈旧、师资队伍无法共享的问题,因此应用型本科高校“大思政课”建设应始终坚持马克思主义指导方向及思政课建设目标导向原则,在目标定位上要以服务地方经济社会发展为目的,在课程设置上要结合地方特色和行业实际,在教学内容上要加强理论与实践相结合,在教学方式上要不断创新。

The establishment of the"great ideological and political education course"is an essential demand to nurture well-rounded socialist builders and successors,fostering their moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor development.Applied undergraduate institutions,as the primary incubators for cultivating practical talents,also take the lead in implementing the Party's educational policies and drive the creation of the"great ideological and political education course".Currently,in applied undergraduate institutions,there exists challenges such as a mismatched curriculum structure,outdated teaching approaches,and insufficient teaching staff for the development of the"great ideological and political education course".Hence,the advancement of this course in applied undergraduate institutions should adhere to Marxist principles,maintain a goal-oriented approach to its construction,and consistently serve as a guide.Moreover,the development of the"great ideological and political education course"should always prioritize the goal of supporting local economic and social growth.This can be achieved by integrating local characteristics and specific industries into the curriculum,enhancing the fusion of theory and practice within the teaching content,and continually innovating teaching methodologies.
