摘要
目的:探讨益生菌辅助复方左旋多巴治疗帕金森病(PD)的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月本院看诊的PD患者100例进行研究,按照随机分化法将其分为两组:观察组(n=50)、对照组(n=50)。对照组采用复方左旋多巴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益生菌,比较两组Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、帕金森运动功能评分量表(MDR-SPD)评分、肌力评分、肠道菌群变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果:干预后,观察组BBS、肌力评分高于对照组,而MDRSPD、UPDRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组酵母菌、肠球菌及消化球菌、乳酸杆菌数值水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌辅助复方左旋多巴治疗PD患者效果较好,能够缓解患者临床症状,改善运动功能,利于肠道菌群保护作用提升,并发症发生率较少,值得临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of probiotic supplementation on exercise symptoms and intestinal microorganisms in Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:A total of 100 patients with PD who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random differentiation method:observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the above.The Berg balance scale(BBS)score,Parkinson’s motor function score scale(MDR-SPD)score,muscle strength score,changes of intestinal flora and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the BBS and muscle strength scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the MDR-SPD and UPDRS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The numerical levels of yeast,enterococcus,digestive cocci and lactobacillus in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of probiotics supplementation on PD patients is better,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their motor function,improve the protective effect of intestinal flora,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
