葛根汤联合独活寄生汤辅助治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果

Effect of Gegen Decoction Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Adjuvant Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨葛根汤联合独活寄生汤对类风湿性关节炎患者的疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月开封市中医院接受治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者60例,以随机抽签的方式将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予葛根汤联合独活寄生汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状和体征、免疫功能。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、畏寒评分及晨僵时间优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组IgA、IgG和IgM水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根汤联合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿关节炎具有良好的效果,能够有效改善患者的不良症状,提高免疫功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Gegen decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the efficacy and immune function of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in Kaifeng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Gegen decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and signs,and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of joint pain,joint swelling,chills and morning stiffness in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gegen decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction has a good effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively improve the adverse symptoms and immune function of patients.
