思维导图引导康复护理在肾病综合征患者用药治疗期间的应用效果

Application Effect of Mind Map Guided Rehabilitation Nursing in Patientswith Nephrotic Syndrome During Medication Treatment

目的:探讨思维导图引导康复护理对肾病综合征患者用药依从性的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年2月我院收治的86例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予思维导图引导康复护理,比较两组用药依从性、心理状态、生活质量及并发症情况。结果:观察组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量指标(行为能力、生理功能、心理功能及社会功能)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾病综合征患者应用思维导图康复护理能有效提高患者用药依从性,改善其心理状态及生活质量,减少并发症情况。

Objective:To explore the effect of mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing on medication compliance of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 86 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given mind map guided rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,psychological state,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life indexes(behavioral ability,physiological function,psychological function and social function)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind mapping rehabilitation nursing in patients with nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve patients’medication compliance,improve their psychological state and quality of life,and reduce complications.
