摘要
传统的医院管理系统大多采用中心化存储方式,即电子病历数据被集中保存在数据库中。然而,这种中心化存储方式存在明显弊端,如病历数据易泄露以及信息共享困难。为解决上述问题,本文设计了一个创新平台,该平台将传统数据库与区块链技术相结合。与单一的数据库存储方式不同,本文采取了一种混合存储策略:单独的病例数据依然保存在传统的数据库中,以确保数据的高效管理和查询;而患者个人资料以及病例在数据库中的索引数据则存储在区块链网络中,利用区块链的去中心化、不可篡改的特性,增强数据的安全性和可信度。
Traditional hospital management systems mostly adopt a centralized storage method,where electronic medical record data is centrally stored indatabases.However,this centralized storage method has clear drawbacks,such as the vulnerability of medical record data leaks and difficulties in information sharing.To address the above issues,this article have designed an innovative platform that combines traditional databases with blockchain technology.Unlike the single database storage method,this article have adopted a hybrid storage strategy:individual case data remains stored in traditional databases to ensure efficient management and querying of data;while patient personal information and indexing data of cases in the database are stored on a blockchain network,leveraging the decentralized and tamper-proof characteristics of blockchain to enhance the security and credibility of data.
