Exploration of Smart Police Service Solutions for Social Governance

本文针对近年来随着城市城镇化进程加快,因人口数量、密度、流动性等的增加而出现的社会治理问题,结合公安部门在人口管控方面的业务需求,从将“人力警务”转变为“科技警务”,将“汗水警务”转变为“智慧警务”角度,提出社会治理智慧警务解决方案,对公安部门使用现代化科技手段进行社会治理具有一定的指导意义。

According to the social governance problems caused by the increase of population,density,mobility and other aspects with the acceleration of urbanization in recent years,and combined with the business needs of the public security department in population control,this paper puts forward the solution of social governance smart policing from the perspective of transforming"human policing"to"science and technology policing"and transforming"sweat policing"to"smart policing",which has certain guiding significance for the public security department to use modern scientific and technological means for social governance.
