推进“融合式发展” 不断提升应用型法学教育的质量和水平

Promoting“Integrated Development”Continuously Improving the Quality and Level of Applied Legal Education

党的二十大报告、新文科建设的内在要求、地方高校的转型升级,都要求推进“融合式发展”,以破解地方高校资源短缺的瓶颈,不断满足人民群众对更加优质教育、更高质量就业的新需求,推动应用型法学教育的高质量发展。“融合式发展”的要义在于实践导向、资源整合、要素重组、主体协同、系统推进,重点在于创新体制机制与产业行业共生共长,借助信息技术,推动校内融合、校际融合、校地融合、校企融合等多类型多层次融合。地方高校应积极探索“融合式发展”的新途径,要推进五育融合、德法兼修,提高学生综合素质;推进产教融合、协同育人,提高学生职业技能;推进师资融合、双向交流,提高应用型教学水平;推进学科融合、专业重组,推动法学教育供给侧改革;推进平台融合、校地贯通,推动法学教育高质量发展。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the inherent requirements of the construction of new liberal arts,and the transformation and upgrading of local colleges and universities all call for the promotion of“integrated development”to break the bottleneck of resource scarcity in local colleges and universities,to continuously meet the peoples new demand for better quality education and higher quality employment,and to promote the high-quality development of applied legal education.The essence of“integrated development”lies in practice-oriented,resource integration,element reorganization,subject coordination and systematic promotion,focusing on the symbiotic growth of innovative system and industry,leveraging information technology to promote the integration of multiple types and levels,such as intra-school integration,intercollegiate integration,school-area integration,and school-enterprise integration.Local colleges and universities should actively explore new approaches to“integrated development”,promote the integration of the five aspects of education,and cultivate both morality and law to improve the comprehensive quality of students;promote the integration of industry and education,collaborative education,improve studentsvocational skills;promote the integration and dual-way exchanges of faculty,improving the level of applied teaching;promote the integration of disciplines,the reorganization of majors,driving the supply-side reform of legal education;and promote the integration of platforms and the communication between universities and local communities to promote the high-quality development of legal education.
